Are you a woman between the ages of 18-40? Researchers are conducting a 16-week dietary intervention study to better understand how nutrition affects sleep, mood, and metabolism in women, and they need your participation!
Who Can Participate?
The study is looking for two groups of women to take part:
- Women with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)
- Women without PCOS

- Duration: 16 weeks
