The annual benefits open enrollment period for U of A employees to select plans for 2027 is now available to complete in Workday and will close on Nov. 2. Completion of the open enrollment task is not required, but employees with a flexible spending account or enrolled in the Live Well Reward$ Wellness program need to re-enroll each year. If no action is taken, all other 2026 benefits elections will roll over to 2027.
Benefits Team Office Hours
During open enrollment, the Office of Human Resources benefits team will host virtual office hours to support employees in completing benefit elections.

- Oct. 27 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Oct. 29 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
- Nov. 2 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
