Do you have thoughts about how to improve parking, driving, walking or biking on and around campus? During the month of September, affiliates are asked to share their thoughts on existing campus transportation systems. All U of A students, faculty and staff are encouraged to take the 2026 Commuter Survey to help inform decisions around transportation systems for our growing campus.
More people than ever are commuting to campus each day. Our transportation demands have increased in scale and complexity as the university has grown and commuters have adopted more diverse modes of travel.
The data collected from this survey will be used to help guide decisions related to transportation resources, programs and infrastructure on campus. Click here to access the 2026 commuter survey. Whether you choose to drive, walk, bike, scoot, skate, ride a bus or use any other mode of travel, we want to know how you typically commute to campus and what we can do to better meet your transportation needs. Commuting habits can be complex, but for the purpose of this survey, please report your average/normal habits. The data collected here will help us to provide the best possible services to our U of A community.
